Message	AL may allow titles to be pre-notarized(only seller's sig.) to make it easier for the seller -I know NC allows this. I'm sure there are plenty of private notary publics, who are the same as a gov't. notarizer, in the yellow pages who would do it on a Saturday, but you may pay a lot.
